Objectives
Every week I will take a Brix measurement on each of the different types of vegetables I’m growing, and track how this changes over time as the soil health improves.
I will also observe how other aspects in my garden change, such as insect damage, as I begin to implement biodynamic gardening practices.
I will grow the herbs and other plants required to make the biodynamic preparations, as well as planting flowers that will attract pollinators to the garden. i.e. Borage, yarrow, chamomile, dandelions
Produce a biodynamic crop that I will be able to sell.
Provide my community with nutrient dense, biodynamic organic vegetables.
